“CDH are on the move after 23 years”  

Following a very successful number of years on Bangor High Street servicing the needs of our clients, CDH have recently moved onto the Parc Menai Business Park situated in the Vaynol Park estate in Bangor.

The purpose built, modern offices will allow CDH to service and manage their clients equally as efficiently, but will hopefully provide a modern environment with easier access to our customer base. Parc Menai is situated just off Junction 9 on the A55 expressway and offers extensive customer parking.

Post A-Day environment

 We have ventured into the ‘Post A-day’ world, albeit along a very long and rocky road. Vast changes have come about as a result of ‘Pensions Simplification’, and these are very much to the advantage of the client.

Some of the more dramatic changes that have been introduced include;

• Tax free cash availability from Protected Rights
• Minimising income to zero from Income Withdrawal contracts
• Tax relief on contributions up to 100% of your annual earnings up to a limit of £215,000
• Employees of occupational schemes will be allow to continue working while drawing a pension
• Commutation of trivial pensions
