We do not charge a fee for our services relating to either mortgages or lifetime mortgages.

For our service and work, the lender will pay us a commission for introducing your business to them. The introducer’s commission that we will receive from the lender is always shown in the “keyfacts” illustration that you will be given.

Alternatively, should you prefer to pay us a fee for our service and work; this can be accommodated. Against the agreed fees, we would then arrange to refund the commission to you to offset part of the cost.
